The Challenge

RevOps wanted fewer tools and clearer attribution: leads bounced between spreadsheets, the CRM, and marketing automation with conflicting stages and no trustworthy funnel metrics.

The Solution

We rebuilt the dashboard in React with a normalized activity model, automation guardrails, and role-aware views. Integrations used signed webhooks and backoff policies so partial outages never silently dropped events.

  • Funnel reporting reconciled with marketing for the first time
  • Sales managers adopted saved views for weekly pipeline reviews
  • Automation errors surfaced in-app instead of buried in logs
