Retail ops were juggling Shopify, marketplaces, and a custom ERP with brittle scripts. Orders, inventory, and payouts drifted out of sync whenever APIs changed or peak traffic spiked.
We implemented a hub service with idempotent webhooks, dead-letter queues, and reconciliation jobs. Stripe payouts and catalog sync became observable end-to-end, with admin tooling for replays and partial rollbacks.
